We both thought the house looked a lot better in person than from the listing ad. We loved the location and the fact that it was on top of a hill. Although, yes..lots of landscaping would need to be done. The property had potential design wise, even though it a 1960’s house with horrible mansard roofing joined with a newer 1990’s front addition. We loved the almost floor to ceiling glass windows on the new addition. Finally, the location sold us as we loved that it wasn’t in a cookie cutter subdivision and each house had character and was unique.

But, did mention that this house needed a lot of work?!
