We had been house “window shopping for the past couple of years. We’d frequently review new home listings, attend open houses, and attend home tours. We remember seeing this home listed on the market the previous year and quickly glossed over this as it looked like it needed a lot of work and was more than we were wanting to spend.

One day while randomly browsing redfin, we came across this property again but the price had dropped significantly over the months. We decided it was worth a shot to tour the home, since this was the neighborhood we dreamed of living in.
